- The update will provide real-time status of chargers, including how many are working and available.
- Google Maps will be able to query the car’s state of charge for more accurate range estimation.
- “AI-powered summaries” will provide precise directions to public chargers.
- Google Maps is also adding a filter to select hotels that offer EV charging to its travel search.
